We are looking for a marketing assistant with an immediate start at our office in Stockholm (hybrid work occurs).
About Acuminor
Acuminor is a Swedish RegTech company founded in 2018. Acuminor has developed a digital platform (a SaaS solution) for risk assessments that mitigate financial crime such as money laundering, terrorist financing and sanction violations. The company collects and analyses information on criminal methods from hundreds of sources and distributes the information digitally. Our customers are within banking, finance, law and gaming and with our service they can create a comprehensive risk assessment faster and more cost-effectively.
We need a new star to our marketing team!
Our marketing team is growing and we now need a person to assist us in our marketing tasks and projects. The position seeks a creative person with a digital marketing focus. You will work day-to-day with the Head of Marketing as well as have responsibility for certain projects such as content creation. You will also work closely with the rest of the marketing team and the sales team and your duties will consist of but are not limited to:
Assist the Head of Marketing in the daily work
Content creation for social media and email marketing
Be of administrative help for events and webinars
Create graphic material for our communication channels
Occasionally assist the sales team with admin and sales material
Assist in implementing marketing campaigns
Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects
Manage administrative duties
We are looking for the following qualifications and characteristics:
Marketing degree
Work experience within the marketing field (internship included)
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign and/or Illustrator
Experience in working in Hubspot or other CMS system
Experience in working in CRM system
Good experience in the Microsoft Office package
Creative mind and execution
Interested in assisting but also drive own projects
Fluent in English both written and spoken as the company language is English
Meritorious
Experience in working in the financial sector is a plus
To be successful in this role it is good if you are:
