Responsibilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Gather and maintain product and technical information.
- Create product specifications.
- Secure that product information is up to date.
- Coordinate and lead the product change request and implementation process.
- Analyze current products to identify product differences, standardizations and cost reduction potentials.
- Make product trainings for the organization.
The position is full time and based in Åstorp (Sweden). You will be part of a Northern Europe R&D team (eight persons in total, two located in Åstorp) and report to the head of Product Development/Time to Market (located in Estonia).
Background and personal qualities
You have either relevant work experience, at least 2-3 years, within the building material industry and/or graduated with a Bachelor in Engineering. We require a very good technical understanding.
You have good computer skills (MS Office). Furthermore you can express yourself fluently, both orally and in writing, in Swedish or Danish and your English skills are very good. It could be an advantage if you are used to CAD (preferable SolidWorks and ePDM).
As a person you are detailed-oriented, organized and a team player. You think strategically, have good problem solving skills and a proactive approach. You do also have the ability to multitask and have good interpersonal communications skills.
