About the position
On behalf of our client, Perido is looking for an IT-coordinator, they're a successful and fast-growing electric car company. You will be a key player in establishing the supply chain and partnerships needed to transform the automotive industry to an electrified and sustainable future. This position is placed in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
In this role you will function between the customer support and the digital development organization. You'll belong to the Consumer L2 team, which handle support cases, drive processes, improvements regarding products as well as the organization. This is what you will work with:
Your main work will be to handle support cases from the company's customers that the customer help desk cannot solve
You will sometimes act as an Incident manager and will follow through the cases from start to end
Some cases you will manage to solve yourself, but in many cases, you need to interact with the development teams to find a solution
You will interact with development teams, Customer Relations Centers, and other parts of the organization to solve support cases, drive improvements, searching for information etc.
The level 2 support team are operating 24/7 so on-call will be a part of the assignment

Requirements
Relevant education
Understanding of cloud-based products with web and mobile app interfaces
Background or ambition in SW development or QA
Previous experience from support/help-desk setups
Used to work in various IT support systems; ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc
Fluent in English
Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment until 2023-12-31. Start ASAP.
