Do you have previous wor k experience within HR information system and do you have a strong passion for data analytics? Are you a vision- and value driven team player? We are looking for a Corporate HR People Analyst to our head office located in central Gothenburg.

Job Description
You are part of our Corporate HR team based at the Head Office, working globally in our Group. In the team, there will be two persons with the common goal to create an employee experience and a business culture, based on commitment and passion and empower all employees to aim for our vision. We do that with an inclusive and proactive approach where we develop and secure aligned strategic HR processes and tools for the Group. As a HR People Analyst, your main responsibility is to design and setup HR information systems and analytical tools and to make HR data actionable to create a unique employee experience.
Are you the one we are looking for?
University degree or equivalent within HR and/or IT or similar work experience
Work experience within HR Information system and digitalization
Documented experience from process oriented HR
Fluent in Swedish in both speaking and writing
Good knowledge in English in both speaking and writing
To succeed in this role, you have strong analytic capability and you are driven by organizing and creating structure. You have a strategic mindset and a high interest in digitalization and systems. Your inner drive and self-motivation are key to success and you use your pedagogic skills to set your areas of expertise on the agenda. As a team player, you inspire to a good work environment for the team and all the colleagues within the company.
