About the job
Head of Supply Chain Planning & Logistics is balancing operational, logistical and strategic input. You need to understand the high level business rules and objectives, and be able to formulate the business unit goals. The position is also responsible for implementing the formulated strategy on an operational level and actions. The Head of Supply Chain Planning & Logistics is responsible for leading the continues development of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and securing the continues improvement of all planning processes within Paulig Foods covering Demand, Supply and Master planning.
Via integration and driving continuous improvement, this leader will create value by improving customer experience, costs, and inventory productivity. The position is located in Mölndal, Gothenburg and you will report to the Supply Chain Director and you have a team approx. 70 employees, including 9 direct reporting managers.
Qualifications
• University Degree with major in economics or engineering
• Minimum 7 years of leading positions in Supply Chain organizations
• Preferable 5 years of leading S&OP development in a FMCG business
• Experience from leading a successful step change from a well functional S&OP process into a fully Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Documented record of improving Employee engagement (excellent leadership skills)
• Experience from operational WH and distribution logistics
• Structured and well experienced in Work environmental and risk management in a Blue Collar and White-Collar organizations
• High level of service and customer focus - preferable experience from developing a Customer Service function
• Positive with experience from Sales organization and customer relations (within FMCG)
• Result driven
• Builds networks and collaborations naturally
• Team player and skilled in building strong teams that deliver long term results
• Good in networking, influencing and communicating
• Ability to construct the big picture and make decisions from end-to-end perspective based on facts
• Strong analytical skills, and ability to solve problems

As a Head of Supply Planning and Logistics at Paulig you must have a strong experience in leadership and you will bring business and people together to create excellent and sustainable performance. You have an eye for details in combination with an analytical mind-set and great organizational skills. Furthermore, it's important that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, since you will interact with a broad range of internal and external contacts. Acting with integrity, you easily build trust and commitment. Being used to working in a changing environment, where you have the possibility to be part of creating something new and make a difference, is a key motivation factor.
