Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Head of Product Management - Portfolio Strategy and Governance to join our team.

The purpose of this electrifying role is to drive our IoT products & services strategy with the ambition to, assemble the cellular IoT growth in the market and make cellular connectivity easy to use for the Enterprises, helping them drive their digital transformation.
This role is also the owner of IoT portfolio governance meaning driving business decisions, financial governance, and process implementation together with ensuring an effective operating model. We believe that the right candidate has in-depth cellular IoT market understanding with strong experience in execution capabilities and offering the strengths needed to capture this market and win.
This role will be a member of the Ericsson IoT Product Management leadership team and will report to Head of Product Management IoT.
You will
Manage a team of highly skilled Portfolio Managers & Program / Change Managers.
Drive portfolio strategy across IoT Accelerator Platform services, Connected Vehicles application enablement services, and next-generation network near services like universal connectivity, unified networking, and connectivity data insights/analytics.
Ensure alignment between priorities, roadmap, and investments for IoT product & services.
Prepare and participate in portfolio presentations for customer meetings
Drive business & financial planning and governance for IoT portfolio in mutual cooperation.
Lead and drive Innovation, implementation, and change of our IoT Operating Model in tight co-operation with all other IoT units such as e.g., sales, technology.
As part of our operating model drive continuous improvements.
Develop competence and knowledge sharing.
To be successful in the role you must have
Master of Science/ MBA degree.
About 10 years with solid leadership background, the top tier a senior cross-functional team, strategy & business governance, in cellular IoT domain, including the market and offerings.
Demonstrated ability: Strategy implementations, Process management (e.g. Agile and SAFe), Cellular IoT technology stacks incl. business support and analytics applied technologies.
Strong customer focus with an excellent understanding of enterprise needs towards driving their digital transformation with a focus in cellular IoT and trailing/adjacent technologies.
Experience in finding alternative ways or strategies in meeting Enterprise connectivity.
A proven understanding of the "as a service" delivery and model.
Results-oriented, commercial, and analytical thinking.
Business plan, portfolio strategy, and financial acumen.
Excellent presentation and communicating skills,
Coping with pressures and setbacks.
Good understanding and interest in product architecture and technology
