Tink has grown significantly over the last 18 months and the team has now grown to over 400 people. The company and the product offering are rocketing, and we 're looking for a Head of Accounting who can create an impact on and contribute to the continuous growth of the company and be responsible for the accounting of Tink Group.

In this role you will have an overall responsibility for both the accounting and the group accounting which also includes planning, coordinating and preparing the accounts and developing routines and processes. We are looking for someone who enjoys managing improvement projects and to create efficiency both through system development and coaching of team members. You will manage a team of three people.
What you 'll do
* Lead the accounting team in the daily operations.
* Monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts for Tink Group.
* Analyze the P&L and Balance sheet and support management on accounting matters.
* Reconciliation of balance sheet items.
* Establish and enforce proper accounting standards, develop and enhance processes.
* Take part in implementing Netsuite.
* Be responsible for analyzing acquisitions and execute necessary work for new company startups.
* Be the contact person for the external auditor.
* Group accounting for 12 subsidiaries.
* Be responsible for group tax matters incl. transfer pricing.
What we need
We want you to have a bachelor 's degree in Finance or equivalent education and several years of experience from accounting and/or auditing. We also want you to have a keen interest in digitalization and automation of financial processes.
As a person you are proactive, committed, open and solutions oriented. You have an ability to see the big picture, an enthusiasm for contributing to the team spirit and an openness towards changes.
You have experience from leading teams and the ability to coach your direct reports to succeed and to be able to perform at their best. You are motivated by stepping into a role which allows you to work strategically with process development whilst at the same time being hands on in the day-to-day operations of your team. This role requires excellent IT system experience and Excel skills. You have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.
