Job Description
Are you ready to take a leading role in forming the future customer experience for H&Ms biggest customer group in all digital touchpoints worldwide? Do you have a passion for tech & fashion? We are now looking for a Global Project Manager, Customer Experience (CX) Development for our Womenswear Business Unit (BU) for a parental leave cover for 1 year.
In the role as a Global Project Manager, you will lead big initiatives through world-class project management that will help us take big leaps towards our digital CX vision. You will identify new opportunities through understanding current business challenges, shifts in customer behavior and being in the forefront of market trends. You will give input and secure that the relevant product teams in 'Business Tech' stay up to date with what makes the difference for the female customer. The role includes implementation of tech developments into the BU commercial team. You will also be responsible for building a strong network with all relevant product teams.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create business cases and project directives for new opportunities and set excellent project management plans.
Drive your projects from start till end by involving the right stakeholders, communicate and engage and follow through until business effects are reached.
Collaborate with the global 'CX & Sales' function and 'Business Tech' to drive the CX agenda for BU Womenswear forward.
Collaborate tightly with the whole BU CX team to stay up to date with the business and to implement new solutions.
Stay up to date with competitors, market trends, customer behavior analysis and insights as well as commercial challenges to be able to give valuable input to product teams.
Follow the developments and progress of all relevant product teams connected to the Womenswear CX vision. Have a clear overview of the developments and continuously keep all necessary stakeholders within the BU updated on status and actions needed.
Be part of discoveries, workshops, iterations, MVPs, A/B tests etc. and feed in commercial opportunities and customer insights to the process.

Qualifications
We are looking for a person who is strategic and has strong organizational skills. You are a connector and collaborator who knows how to get people onboard. You also have competence within tech & e-commerce and have solid project management experience. You value own responsibility, fast pace and straight forward communication.
We'd love to meet someone who:
Is an experienced project manager with a proven track record from driving projects in complex global organizations, preferably within fashion.
You have experience from leading projects within tech connected to e-commerce / digital experience.
You are strategic, customer-focused and business minded with a high drive to achieve results and goals. You connect the dots and you take action.
You are a connector & collaborator who has the ability to influence others and get people on board towards the same goals.
You have excellent communication skills - both verbally and in writing. You know how to gather and present information and summarize conclusions that are actionable in an 'easy to understand'-way.
Preferably you have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
Fluent in English both verbal and written.

This is a one-year parental cover, starting as soon as possible, based at our head office in Stockholm.
