Your key responsibilities

As important member of the Global Procurement organization, you are responsible for collaborating with the relevant stakeholders and assisting the Global Wellness Procurement Category Manager in ensuring that the procurement of Finished Goods and Raw Materials in Wellness are purchased in an efficient, professional and cost-effective manner in order to create and sustain a competitive advantage, contributing to Oriflame profitability and Global Procurement mission.

NPD: Support the category needs for the development of new products by working closely with the CM and Finished Goods suppliers to launch products on time and within target cost.In close collaboration with the CM and the RM Procurement team, perform sourcing activities within the functional RM groups through identification, approval and introduction of new suppliers.

Cost: Ensure delivery of consistent and sustainable best value procurement and supply, participate actively in cross-functional teams to achieve cost reductions targets, while maintaining supply reliability and delivery of the required objectives (prepare, conduct and manage eRFX/eAuctions). Drive standardization and simplification in managed category.

Supplier Relationship Management: Support CM in ensuring the application of world-class sourcing processes - supplier evaluation, selection and performance reporting (Assurance of supply, Quality, Service, Cost, Innovation and Environment - AQSCIE), contract negotiation, price and total cost management.Ownership of designated suppliers within the functional RM group including supplier performance management, risk assessment, contracts and managing requirements towards the suppliers.

Supply Risk management: Proactively work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify and address risks of supply in the category, both at Finished Goods and Raw Materials level.Collaborate closely with R&D and Marketing to anticipate risks of supply early in development and propose alternatives to mitigate them.

Policy & processes: Act as an advocate for Procurement throughout the business, building open and challenging relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external, support and promote Global Procurement Policy implementation & spend categorization. Ensure ethical sourcing.

What we are looking for

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or Science (or equivalent degree).
• Fluency in English.

• Minimum of 2+ years work experience, with at least 2 years in procurement, ideally dealing with Raw Materials, alternatively with Finished Goods.

• Experience fromsoursing and negotiation.

Beneficial:

• Experience from FMCG industry, Ingredients supply and/or manufacturing.
• Experience of purshasing infood or pharma sector.
• Leadership or project management experience.

• Good skills in relation to Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of IFS and Ariba business systems

As a Global Buyer you play an important role within the category where you are expected to support the full procurement processes by analysing facts and figures, prepare and execute supplier negotiations, conduct benchmarking activities and manage the costs in accordance to relevant Oriflame's policies and processes. To be successful in this role you will need to possess a positive outlook, be at ease to work with lots of information often under tight timeframes and being able to get buy-in from key functions such as Finance, Operations, Logistics, Markets and Sales from different countries and cultures. You will be focused on creating value to the business and using inputs and information from other functions to achieve the objective. You should be open to new solutions and not afraid to question status quo. The work environment is fast moving and entrepreneurial. Plans are frequently adjusted and you need to be flexible and able to adapt. With your positive mind-set, you always see the bright aspects of a situation and bounce back quickly from eventual setbacks.
