About the company:

Are you at the start of your career interested in working for a young, modern and international company in central Stockholm? Are you looking to develop your skills in customer service and learn more about e-commerce? Then this position is for you!

MultiMind is now looking for a German-speaking collection agent for a successful IT-company in central Stockholm. Our customer provides secure and simple payment solutions and is currently in a phase of expansive growth. This is a junior-level position and for the right candidate there are good opportunities for development within the company and to influence your role.

The task:

As a debt collection agent your mission is to find the best possible solutions for customers to pay their invoices. Your main communication channels will be telephone and e-mail. The role is aimed towards the German-speaking market and you will be part of a specialized team.

As the company works with debts, you may also be involved with contacting lawyers and e-stores to solve each case in the best and most efficent way. Furthermore, the role includes close contact with the customer service department, thus your activities will also include some common customer service tasks. Your tasks will include:

Answering customer and client queries via telephone or e-mail
Answering letters from Germany regarding invoices (from lawyers and e-store customers)
Informing customers about their debts and purchases
Finding solutions for overdue invoices
Your profile:

We are looking for someone who is looking to grow within the field and who is comfortable with working independently.
Your are results oriented and excellent at problem solving, as well as confident in your communication with external parties.
As you will be part of a close-knit team of agents, we also see that you are communicative and thrive in a fast-paced, social and international working environment.
Your background:

We would like for you to have some experience in customer service or similar roles previously. Great emphasis is placed on personal traits, but fluency in German and English is a requirement. Deep understanding for the German culture is also advantegous.
