Are you a passionate Employer Branding professional who wants be part of advancing sustainable energy future for all? We are looking for an Employer Branding Lead for Hub Northern Europe. You will be a part of the Northern Europe Talent and Learning management team and an important member in the global employer branding team. You will have the opportunity to take lead on and define regional employer branding campaigns and university relations in the hub. You will be responsible for planning, driving, organizing, and managing the employer branding activities, executing a consistent branding strategy aligned with our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). You will play a critical role in the creation of a positive company image among potential candidates and attracting candidates to achieve the company's long-term recruitment needs. As a part of the Global Employer Branding team, you will have the chance to get involved and drive global projects within the space of Employer Branding, University Relations and Early Talent. In the role you need to be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels. Confidence, good communication skills and the ability to influence others are three attributes needed to be successful in the role. You will report to the Talent and Learning HUB Lead for Northern Europe and functionally to the Global Employer Branding Lead.
Your responsibilities
Lead employer branding activities within the Northern Europe Hub for Early Talent and Professionals, from strategy and planning to execution.
Working tightly with the Talent Acquisition team to define activities that support our strategic capability and workforce plan.
Secure the best utilization of Employer Branding efforts based on data and analytics.
Work on a regional and global level with content and concepts within Employer Branding, University Relations and Early Talent.
Be an active member and contributor of the Global Employer Branding team.
Your background
Solid experience in running successful strategic and operational Employer Branding and recruitment marketing towards different target groups.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing/Communication/Employer Branding/ Human Resources.
You have a good understanding and experience of planning, performing, and following up Employer Branding activities i.e you have confirmed project management skills.
Confident communicator with well-developed stakeholder management skills.
Excellent team player with strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for driving local/regional/global projects end to end.
Self-driven with strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative.
Excellent English skills both written and spoken.
