Polestar is blazing a new trail, dedicating ourselves to the development and refinement of electric vehicle performance. As an EV Chassis Engineer, your experience in vehicle dynamics engineering would be invaluable to us both in concept work and when working with current designs for increased customer satisfaction.

Your contribution
Vehicle dynamics of electric vehicles is an exciting future and this role is a part of the Polestar R&D Department. A team with a mission to deliver results which exceed the customers' expectations.
• Being a technical source of vehicle dynamics design.
• Requirement engineering regarding Steering, Brakes, Ride & Handling or Software
• System design and balancing different requirements
• Calibration and tuning ride works at test tracks and on public roads
• Supplier and contractors evaluations.
• Project management, cost and time planning.
Most of the work will be located in our Gothenburg office and at test tracks, but occasional travel to meet suppliers, participate in vehicle builds or complete vehicle verification activities is also part of the work. Essentially, you keeping an eye on the area to support Polestars target to achieve an exceptional customer experience within this area.
