Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsive, responsible and flexible. You enjoy cleaning and keeping clean and share City Hemservice's desire to deliver world-class service. This means that you must have a high level of service, that you are responsive to the customer's needs and that you are thorough and have a sense of detail. You are social and find it easy to create good relationships with customers and are flexible regarding working hours and extra assignments.
You must already have a work permit for Sweden or be a citizen of EU.
Other qualifications
• Be able to communicate with customers in the English language.
• You must be able to work in homes where there may be dogs and cats or other fur animals and that you do not have allergies to anything else that may occur in a home.
Meritorious (not required)
• Experience from home cleaning.
• Knowledge and experience of ironing.
• Knowledge and experience of washing.
• English language skills.
Training first
We make sure that you get a good start with us so that you don't have to think about how things should be done and that you feel confident about the work steps. We always start with you receiving solid training that lasts between 1-2 weeks, depending on your experience, where you work together with a supervisor who goes through our routines and how everything should be carried out at each step. After these weeks, you will then have your own customers to whom you will return depending on how often the customer wants cleaning.
Job duties
You will carry out all the cleaning tasks that occur within regular weekly cleaning, major cleaning and moving cleaning at the homes of our private customers. You travel with municipal transport to the assignments and we use our own cleaning detergent which you take with you in a bag.
Working hours
Usually weekdays between 8-17. If you drop off or pick up your children, we can always solve this by starting later or finishing earlier and you can choose to work part-time from 50% all the way up to 100% if you wish.
