What can we offer you?
We are a young, expansive and intensive company that houses new fresh premises in Västra Frölunda. We are a good group that together strive to have a rewarding working day and to deliver our absolute best service to our customers and partners.
Working hours are Mon-Fri 08:00 to 17:00.
Appointments are made by agreement, but we work with an ongoing selection so the position may be filled before the application period has expired.
Who are you?
You are a positive person with a well-developed sense of service who always puts the customer and our partners in focus. You are both efficient and enterprising. You like working as part of the team but have no problem taking initiative on your own.
Talking customers and partners on the phone, e-mails and chat who speak German and English is no problem for you.

That is why we are looking for you who enjoy working with service and support and who always put the customer and partner in the center! Together with your colleagues in the support department, you give our customers and resellers a positive and rewarding contact with us.
Tasks
• Telephone and email support to the company's German, Austrian & Swiss customers and resellers and, if necessary, also support the other European countries.
• Administrative tasks such as database management and invoice matters.
• Registration, deviation management and follow-up work.
• Handling of complaint matters.
Qualifications
We want you to speak and write fluently in German, we require you to be fluent in English. Other languages, especially Swedish, are merited byt not a requirement.
We want you to have at least 1 year of documented experience of working with customer service or support where you have handled many of the tasks associated with customer service, such as. invoice and complaint matters.
