Wood Products division provides versatile wood-based solutions for building and housing. Our product range covers all areas of urban construction including massive wood elements, wood components and pellets. We also offer a variety of sawn and planed timber goods. Our customers are mainly construction and joinery companies, merchandisers and retailers. Wood Products operates globally and has more than 20 production units in Europe.

We are now looking for a successor for the position.

<p>Description

As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of Customer Service Centre North & West Europe team. Part of the team is situated at the same location with you, whereas other team members are located at different production units and/or locations in Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania and Russian Federation. Co-operating with the sales team, you will be taking care of a selected group of customers, assuring high customer satisfaction. We expect a proactive customer service attitude together with the ability to provide high-quality sales document processing also under time pressure.

After a training period you will be responsible for your own set of customers and you will report to the CSC Manager North & West Europe and MENA.

Your daily tasks will include among others:

• Daily direct customer contact; commercial approach to maximize sales in close contact with the Sales Team,

• Receive, process, and confirm orders and delivery planning,

Delivery and stock follow-up,

• Invoicing, crediting, and dunning,

• Monitor customer credit limits, overdue payments and take the needed action,

• Maintain customer related system data and price agreements,

• Communicate daily with sales team, team leader, sawmill supply chain team and logistics.

• Handle web shop orders for pellets and support customer inquiries.



Location: Stora Enso Wood Products location in Sweden, in Falun



Qualifications

You have professional education and/or minimum 1-3 years of work experience in customer service or similar tasks,

• You have a proactive attitude and are interested in working with customers,

• Ability to perform many different tasks simultaneously under time pressure,

• Good communication skills in both verbal and written Swedish and English. Other languages are an asset,

• Good team player in international environment,

• Insight about customer's industry and Stora Enso's products are considered an advantage.
