About the position
Perido is looking for Customer Care Specialists who are fluent in either Norwegian, Finnish or Danish for our customer; a major player in the automotive industry. The position is located at their office in Gothenburg. It's OK working remotely during evenings and weekends.
Your daily tasks
In this role, you help the company by answering various questions from customers via phone, chat, email and social media. You work directly with customers and are the link between the company, customers and suppliers on a global level. You are also responsible for maintaining a good customer experience and work with continuous improvements of processes and tools to increase quality and efficiency. You have the main responsibility for specific customers that you follow throughout the process.
Your qualifications
We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in customer service and feel safe in customer contact because you have experience of working with this. You must have a very good ability to work together and be a flexible team player. Furthermore, you are passionate about providing a high level of service and have a professional attitude towards both customers and colleagues. As a person, you are solution-oriented, results-driven and have high integrity. It's a plus if you have an interest in the car industry, but not a requirement.

Requirements
Secondary education
Experience from customer service
Computer skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in your Norwegian/Finnish/Danish + English
Meritorious
Previous experience from sales
Experience from work in CRM-systems
Driving licences
Experience in another Nordic language
Contract type and hours
Full/part time. Consulting assignment 6 months at a time. Start in the near future/according to agreement.
