Dormer Pramet is looking for a CRM Business process owner (Location Flexible within the Europe)

We are now looking for a CRM Business process owner to join the Sales Operations team- someone who is ready for a challenging and exciting opportunity, and eager to support in implementing processes and solutions that support a compliant and efficient handling of Sales processes.
Let's talk about the job
In this position, you are part of the Sales Operations Team, and your mission is to develop, maintain and improve common ways of working within CRM tool (MS Dynamics). Developing effective improvements for Sales team through utilization of CRM. Enable a data driven decision in Sales area with processes and tools inside CRM. Coordinate CRM tool functionalities development in line with business requirements and process improvements.
In this role, you will also:
Drive common ways of working in sales through CRM .
Manage business process implementation from idea to realization .
Take responsibility to maximize the efficiency of the CRM software to improve customer care .
Manage all activities/projects connected to CRM .
Gather feedback for CRM from all different sources .
Take responsibility for CRM adoption plan and execution of it .
Develop and execute CRM training .
Collaborate with Sales process team and 1Way team in development of functionalities and integrations .
Develop and lead CRM Key user network across all markets.

What about you?
You have a degree in Business Administration or project management or the equivalent and you have thorough knowledge of commercial processes.
You have understanding and experience with Customer Relationship processes and methods.
You have strong collaboration, influencing skills and verbal and written communication skills.
You have solid experience with change management.
You possess an analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, in combination with an ability to challenge established ways of working.
You are at ease working in a truly global organization.
Your effective leadership skills enable you to support and motivate others through coaching and facilitation of teams in order drive change.
You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
