On behalf of our client, Academic work is now looking for a driven engineer who will work with developing the manufacturing process of high-voltage batteries in the automotive industry. Here you will become a part of a diverse team with colleagues from several different nationalities and backgrounds - but the thing that you all will have in common is your big interest in technology!

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
• Own a specific manufacturing domain, HV Battery Systems, where you will define processes,equipments, and instructions for HV Battery assemblies and tests
• DFM/DFA analysis to provide Manufacturing Engineering inputs to R&D for HV Battery Modules packaging
• Layout and facility planning for HV Battery Manufacturing Shop
• Support the Prototype operations in installation of trial stations and build methodologies
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce production downtime and outages
• Drive process improvements to utilize and optimize equipment, reduce process variation, process waste, and secure availability
• Develop standardized manufacturing operations and working routines under existing regulations
• Develop standard operating procedures to help the company meet set goals to the agreed timings, performance, functionality, and quality quotas
• Set-up new processes and participate in major productivity improvements as well as technology development to full production deployment
• Lead and support technical reviews and issue resolution activities
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• MSc or BSc in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineer or equivalent
• Have previous experience working with high voltage systems
• Experience in Catia V5/V6 and 3DX
• Experienced within technical drawings and documentation such as process/work instructions
• Knowledge and understanding of manual assembly processes, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing
• Fluent in spoken and written English
It is meritorious if you have previous experience working with High Voltage batterys, battery cells joining or welding and quality. It is also positive if you have come in contact with PLM, ERP or MES systems.
