Communication and Employer Branding Manager- Care by Volvo

As the Communication Manager for Care by Volvo, you will be a key player to increase awareness and engagement about Care by Volvo across Volvo Car Group. You will have a strong contribution into Care by Volvo becoming a natural part of Volvo Car Group's purpose of offering freedom to move.
What you will do
You will get the opportunity to lead and develop the internal communication strategy for Care by Volvo. In close cooperation with the Care by Volvo leadership team and other stakeholders you will create planned and strategic internal communication. By utilizing the right mix of communication channels, you will ensure that the Care by Volvo product, strategic direction and major change initiatives are communicated across Volvo Car Group.
In close cooperation with HR you will develop our employer brand and its value proposition so that it becomes a natural part of our Volvo Car group employer brand, as well as translate the HR strategy into engaging communication.
You will also collaborate closely with Volvo Cars Corporate Communications team and align on overall messaging and together with our commercial team ensure consistent communication.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have an influencing personality and a real passion for communication as a tool for improved business performance. Since we are in a start-up phase we believe you enjoy the challenge building something new. We also believe that you have:
* Solid understanding of internal communication strategy in a global and complex organization
* Outstanding communication skills with some experience from working with communications or related area in a corporate setting
* Sound knowledge and curiosity for different communication channels
* A genuine interest in company culture, employer branding and disruptive businesses
* A stylistic ability with a good sense for design and layout
* Knowledge of change management and how to support, drive and communicate it appropriately
* An academic degree and a few years of relevant work experience within communication
* Business acumen and understanding of business context to create appropriate communication
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Location
The job can be located in Volvo Cars HQ or in Stockholm, Epicenter.
Reporting
You will be part of the Care by Volvo HR and communications team and report to the Head of HR.
