Business Support- EMEA Marketing & Business Development Network

The Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) unit within Volvo Car Group is responsible for all commercial activities in the EMEA markets, through our National Sales Companies, Importers and Retail Partners. The EMEA Marketing and Communication department is responsible for developing campaigns for the EMEA market as well as making sure the EMEA markets have the right digital solutions in place. The EMEA Network & Business Development area secures profitable and efficient sales channel development and drives modern Volvo premium customer experience with our dealers.
We are now looking for a Business Support to join the EMEA Marketing team as well as the Network team. Here you will work with international and diverse teams with high energy and a lot of interaction with markets and HQ.
As Business Support EMEA you will be part of a team that values collaboration, result orientation and commitment. Your main area of responsibility is to support the Vice President Marketing and Communication and Vice President Network and Business Development.
Your Mission
As an ambassador for Volvo Car Corporation, both within the company and with external business relations you duties will require high energy, focus, and organization. They will include tasks such as:
* Be responsible for business correspondence and calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external business relations.
* Coordinate the overall department governance as well as a variety of executive meetings and events.
* Responsible for minutes and agenda in some of the EMEA Board Meetings.
* Actively participate in the development of administrative processes overall VCC and own operation.
* Coordinate, prioritize and accomplish approval requests that require SVP approval.
* Organize events like Dip in blue programs and meetings with markets.
* Handle SRM orders for the EMEA Marketing team.
Do you fit the profile?
Ideally you have a business or finance education and several years of related experience which will allow the daily business administration tasks easy to navigate. As a highly organized and independent person by nature, your planning, teamwork, and English communication skills will be highlighted daily when working with our international team.
We are looking for someone who can in one day fine tune a Power Point, puzzle together a manager's calendar and still remember to order and pick up the coffee for an important strategy meeting. A multitasker who knows when the details matter and has high integrity when dealing with sensitive business information.
