We are now looking for a Revenue-focused Business Controller to focus on the Wholesale business. You will work close to the various country managers for the wholesale business and be the company's sparring partner in the monthly closures as well as follow-up of rolling revenue and forecast work. Furthermore, some of your tasks will include the following:
• Analyze and identify performance-enhancing factors to provide proactive business support to the wholesale team.
• 360-degree evaluation of wholesale budget and daily and weekly forecasts.
• Develop and manage key figures as well as challenge and confirm the business opportunities that the team has developed.
• Lead and run the development of wholesale bonus programs.

Din profil
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with an Academic degree, preferably in business administration, financial management or similar. You have 2-3 years of experience in Business Controlling or within Management Consulting and experience from a sales organization. Furthermore, you have a natural case for analyzing large amounts of data and then passing on the information in an educational way to the rest of the organization. You are used to implement, operate and develop new routines and processes and we would like you to have good knowledge in Excel, SAP, Business Object or SAP BPC. English fluently, Swedish and additional languages are meriting.
