We are looking for a Business Controller to an exciting role at our costumers office in the city center of Gothenburg!
In this position, you are responsible for all business controlling activities related to current business and future planning. The position is based at the headquarters in Gothenburg and reports to CFO. This is a consultancy assignment with start as soon as possible, that will end in May 2019. You will work at our coustumers office and be employed as a consultant by Jurek.
Key accountabilities:
• Responsible for the operative financial model, to ensure consistent internal financial reporting that provides insights and supports the right business decisions and priorities.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to CFO, which gives factual information about the performance. Proactively identify trends and provide suggestions to maximize profitability and safeguard assets.
• Responsible for managing execution and implementation of selected process and performance improvement initiatives. Lead or participate in various ad-hoc projects relating to the current priorities.
• Drive the annual Budget process and secure all related items to be fully aligned with the company 's plans.
• Lead and develop business cases, including financial modelling and market analysis. Develop simulation models and scenario analysis.
Qualifications
• Preferably holds a Bachelor of Economics or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Controller
• Solid experience in financial planning, information management and BI tools, as well as deep Excel knowledge
