Your mission
As Business Controller, you drive the development of finance in your area of responsibility by utilizing your competence in validating financial data. You provide accurate information and consultative and proactive advice to our management. You also keep close interactions with all our stakeholders and identify improvements in our processes. Other important parts of your assignment are monitoring, analyzing and reporting financial results to ensure we meet deadlines, and you manage budgets, forecasts, profitability and recommendations for cost reduction, as well as implement agreed financial plans. All in all, you actively work to meet the finance requirements of our business and you ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
In this role, you are located in either Stockholm (Sweden) or Tychy (Poland) and business travel is part of your job.
Your character
We are looking for someone with a Master's in Finance or Business Administration, combined with at least five years' experience from financial work, both strategically and operationally. Your strong commitment to the area and for our customers' needs, makes you a perfect fit for this position. As we act on a global stage, you need excellent verbal and written skills in English. Knowledge of Swedish or Polish are beneficial.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you also have:
• Experience from providing financial advice to senior management
• Knowledge and experience from financial systems
• Solid skills in Excel and data warehouse solutions
• The ability to navigate in an international and cross-cultural environment
• A strong commercial management background
