The role will be cover everything from managing services, helping organise schedules and orders, taking care of any customer complaints and general trouble shooting, co-ordinating between the front of house and kitchen.
The role will be a step up from a standard hovmästare role in that the selected person will be working closer to the restaurant and bars manager to help drive forward the concept and will take on a number of responsibilities traditionally managed by the restaurant manager.
Applicants should have a passion for food and wine, love seeing their staff reach their potential and be able to manage a service to ensure that high standards are maintained.
The role is full time and Swedish and English skills are essential.
Experienced hospitality professional
Leadership skills
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Attention to details is essential
Knowledge and passion for food and drinks (wine, cocktails etc)
Excellent customer service skills
Administration skills beneficial
Experience working with schedules
Willingness to take on other roles outside normal responsibilities
