Your responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager who's going to develop our key accounts in Scandinavia, including Sweden, Norway and Denmark. This position is responsible for implementing and executing the Scandinavian strategy at her/his customers.
You are also responsible for:
• Managing strategic relationships with Key Accounts cross channel (i.e. Jewelry/ Consumer Electronics and online).
• P&L results
• Translating the Fossil group strategy into strategic Key Account Plans
• Developing, implementing and adjusting annual Business plans for his channels/customers
• Setting targets and challenge partners and teams to make use of opportunities
• Acting and reacting based on sales analysis and opportunities, basis for this analyses is the sell-through and market data
• Managing the monthly/quarterly/annual turnover
• Informing and advising the management team on the status of the business and presents action plans.
• Developing online campaigns in collaboration with GTM
You will report directly to Head of Sales Scandinavia/Benelux.

We're searching for a candidate with several years within fashion/retail/FMCG business, meriting with experience in business development. As a person you are self-motivated and have ability to work independently with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. You're a forward thinking team player using excellent communication skills with the ability to work with and influence people of seniority across the business.
Required experience and skills:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position expected
• Experience in annual KA Negotiations and P&L management
• A self-starter who creates and identifies business opportunities
• You're tech-savvy
• Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business management or related field, meritorious with Master Degree.
• Fluent Swedish & English, both written and oral. Preferably good knowledge in Norwegian and Danish.
