We want to have more skilled colleagues in our R&D unit and we want to strengthen the team with an agile leader! Therefore, we are looking for you who love to coach, facilitate, lead development teams, drive change and think that the consulting role is exciting and developing.

What is the role like?
In the role as an agile leader, you will drive agile methods and support development teams to reach their full potential in customer projects. With your technical expertise in system development, you are a bridge between developers and product owners. If you are passionate about system development, you can combine the role of agile leader with working as a developer in a team. Our customers are in all different types of product development companies and we work with everything from the latest telecom technology to connected and autonomous vehicles. With us, you get the opportunity to develop and learn new things all the time. You set the bar yourself for how high you want to reach.
Your background
You have a technical background but now want to focus on create effective teams and change the way they work.
We also see that you:
• Has documented experience of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
• Has worked as a developer for a few years
• Great interest in leading people and team development
• Interest in keeping up to date on new trends, ways of thinking and methods in the field
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
We believe that you have a strong drive, are curious, take initiative and have a will to develop the way you work. You are also humble in your own competence and you care about your colleagues, at the same time as you are responsible and make the most of every opportunity.
