About the position as Acquisition Specialist/Marketing coordinator
In this exciting role you will be one of us shaping the new marketing team and embark on a journey towards spreading the brand Norma throughout the world. At the office in Gothenburg, your main mission will be to increase traffic and drive conversion in all available channels. You will also coordinate all marketing activities, ordering campaigns and marketing communication both from internal and external sources. We believe Google is your second home, and you lead optimization of content for search engines through systematic work with keywords and SEO/SEM strategies together with our newly employed Content Manager. With us, you have the possibility to use your creativity and passion for challenge when finding new ways and platforms for Norma to reach our customers and fans. You will be spending time at our office in Åmotfors on a regular basis.

who are self-driven and a humble KPI hunter. Your ability to zoom in on details as well as zooming out for the whole picture is striking. You feed of working and achieving goals together with a growing team. Furthermore, you are a positive, structured and visionary person with feet on the ground. When do you know you've done a good job? If traffic and interaction increases with our brand, you are doing it right. If you do it with ROI in mind, you've done it perfect!
