About the role
As 1st line agent you will be the responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience. This will mainly include providing service and guidance regarding customer orders, deliveries and product information. Service is provided mainly though phone, mail or mail. Besides this you will work with continuous improvement, giving you the possibility to improve the company 's way of working

In your role as 1st line agent your main tasks will include:

• Working with continuous improvement

About you
We are looking for a candidate with high communitive ability and who masters either Norwegian or Finnish. Good computer skills are needed as most of the task are computer-based. Regarding background we welcome candidates with experience from similar duties as well as unexperienced.

Furthermore, we see that you are an ambitious and social person who is driven by improvement and customer service. Regarding your way of working, we see that you are structured and takes own initiatives as well as you are capable of both working in teams and independently. You should be able to handle stress successfully as the workload can be high at times.

Important for the role:
• Norwegian or Finnish, both written and spoken
• Service minded, ambitious and social
• Structured and highly communitive.

About the employment
The assignment as 1st line agent is a consultative assignment with an appointment 9th of July. It is an ongoing assignment and for the right person, there is a great possibility to be employed by the customer company. It 's a part time job, working 34.75 h/week. As a consultant, you will get an employment in Adecco Sweden.

We have collective agreements. We want you to feel good and we offer healthcare benefits, discount on training cards, etc. In order to make you feel safe, you are also covered by insurance and occupational healthcare.

About the application
The assignment will be filled immediately and we are therefore recruiting continuously during the application period. Please enclose your CV and personal letter and apply the "Ansök/Apply" button.

1. The first step in our recruitment processes is a personality test (MAP) that is sent to your mail after the recruiter has reviewed your application. Adecco uses tests as part of the process in order to make as quality assured and fair assessment as possible.
2. Responsible recruiter will then continuously review submitted applications and make a first selection.
3. If you are one of those who gets to the next step of the process,
you will be contacted for a telephone interview. Those who continue after telephone interview will be given the opportunity to come to Adecco and meet the responsible recruiter for a personal interview.
4. The last step will include an assessment center at the customer company, on either the 26th of June or 2nd of July.

Please note that in some of our processes we also use video interviews, more tests and other assessment techniques. If this is the case, you will be informed about this in the process.
