What are we looking for?
• You are unique.
• You are interested to work in an international growth focused organization.
• You have excellent leadership abilities and teamwork skills, as well as great analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You are driven, proactive and responsible.
• You have just graduated, or are about to graduate, from a top university, with excellent grades.
• You speak English plus at least one additional Nordic language fluently – any additional
European languages are considered a merit.
What do we offer you?
We will offer you a challenging and interesting trainee program starting in January 2015. You will get a chance to learn how our online market place works, and for 12 months you will be working hard and contribute to different areas of the Group, all with coaching and support along the way.
We have a very strong growth agenda, both in the Nordics and internationally, and you will get a chance to work with several different markets and products. You will work closely with the Management Team, and together we will set up clear targets during the program and the goal is to take a leading position within one of our product areas depending on your aims and capabilities.
