In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Take on a leading role in forming and delivering on the strategy around CCP:s.
• Work hands-on with aggregated cost and counterparty credit risk optimization of interbank derivatives hedging (FX, Fixed Income, Equity and Credit).
• Take part in development of methods for quick approximations of cost of hedging (such as funding, CVA, capital and clearing costs).
• Work for cost efficient collateralization of the derivative portfolio of Swedbank AB.
• Form this new role belonging to the XVA desk at Financial Markets.
What is needed in this role:
• Good understanding of the derivative client business and/or trading.
• Ability to switch between delivering an answer within minutes to driving long-term projects.
• A business and fact driven mindset.
• Ability to question and argue for change in established behaviours and procedures.
• Programming and database querying experience for analysis purposes (Python and SQL are preferred).
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
