What's in it for you?
At Volvo Car Sweden, you work in a challenging business environment with great opportunities to grow as a professional. As we are a national sales company,
we are responsible for marketing, sales and distribution of Volvo cars, accessories, parts and services on the Swedish market with over 200 Volvo dealers and repair shops.
Warranty & Workshop includes Warranty, Product Follow Up, Technical Helpdesk and Support for the workshop system (VIDA). All areas are driven to create a carefree car ownership with completely satisfied customers. The role will be challenging and interesting given the broad support field also you will establish a network of your own with colleagues both in the dealer network as well as within VCC.
What you'll do
You will work with the Nordic dealer network, supporting them in the workshop systems, Service protocols/service programs and Volvo Standard Time Guide (VSTG)
You will also support in questions about:
* Dealer WiFi - Diagnostic WiFi is for wireless diagnostic readouts and software downloads in or near the workshop.
* And in systems that is under development and not yet launched:
+ Over the Air - Software installation to car
+ Remote Vehicle Data Collection
+ Digital Service booking
Do you fit the profile?
* You have a high competence in dealing with Microsoft Office programs.
* Experience from work within automotive industry
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
* If you already have experience in system TACDIS (dealer management system), VIDA and VSTG this is an advantage for the role.
