hela Sverige Right now Global Workshop Operations department is looking for a Workshop Operations Development and Performance Specialist.
Position objectives
• To drive Quality, Safety and Environmental awareness at the Customer Centers (CC:s) workshops. Ensure ISO and OSHA standards are followed (SHEQ).
• To build and implement relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Job Plans to support the workshops in the CC:s.
• To manage the end to end process of selected Workshop Operations projects.
• To participate in developing and implementation of MRS Global Workshop Operations standards.
• To be the owner of the global component remanufactured part numbers and build the global remanufactured serial number system.
• To participate actively in proposing Service Center Lay-outs and workflow drafts when needed.
• To promote Global Workshop Operations Efficiency KPI:s.
Job description
The position will be responsible for developing and implementing SOP:s and Job Plans, preparation and validation of standard workflow processes for Workshop Operations, to manage the MRS Workshop Operations IMS, and to manage the end to end process of selected projects.
Educational requirements
• University degree, preferably in engineering or relevant experience obtained throughout working career.
• Excellent skills and knowledge of MS Office and other programs used in Atlas Copco.
Formal Knowledge and experience needed
• Preparing, executing, leading, implementing and follow-up of projects. An experience on SOP project is an advantage.
• Analytics, development and implementation of workflow processes.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Service Management related to workshops.
• Experience in maintenance data bases and procedures.
• Experience in IMS and Job Plans.

• Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing is essential as well as communication skills (Native English is optimal).
