www.ascom.com Ascom is increasing its focus in providing Professional Services to its clients. We are now looking for a consultant who will support the further enhancement of a global process and workflow consulting practice.
About the job
The key aim is to support the clients with efficiency improvement in working processes and to ensure that advanced technology is built and implemented in a consistent way that support the business processes/client's desired workflows and processes.
As Workflow Consultant you are responsible for conducting workflow analysis and provide consultation to clients in conjunction to or prior to system implementations. The job includes supporting customers before, during and after the sale. You work closely with our customers to identify areas of improvement, and will support the design of Process Solutions to achieve the best result possible for our customers.
Ascom is delivering world wide and therefore travelling is a natural part of the position.
Qualifications
We believe you will be successful in this role as a Workflow Consultant if you have an operative background in Healthcare industry where you got deep knowledge about the industry, working processes and systems. You been working and feel confident in an international environment and looking forward to work with different projects in the same time that involves travels.
• Background from Healthcare industry
• University Degree in the area of user experience or inside Healthcare industry
• 3 years or more experience of implementing process or workflow consulting, or similar
• General knowledge of systems and IT solutions inside Healthcare industry
• Professional level written and verbal communication skills in English
