Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 2-7 Workday integration resources globally during Workday implementation projects
Overall responsible for the success of integration implementations on customer projects
Gather and analyse requirements and provide technical advice and best practices with respect to integration development and implementation
Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing, and deployment

Workday Service & Support
Workday integration platform development
Education and Required Skills Preferred Skills/Experience
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years of HCM system implementation experience of customer projects such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, SuccessFactors, SAP, and/or similar systems
Workday Certification preferred
Knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies
Proficiency in SOAP-based web services is also required
Practical experience with ETL tools and/or Data Integration products (Boomi, Mulesoft, WebMethods, Castiron, Biztalk, etc...)
Experience with XML and XSLT preferred.
Exposure to Workday configuration and custom development strongly preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills are required
Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success
Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points
Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans
Technical acumen to convert plans into real solutions that work
Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
Located and able to work in Stockholm, Sweden and able to travel up to 40-60%
Fluent in Swedish and English
