Work Order Clerk
Act as the primary contact for all maintenance work order requests and coordinate with the requestor and responsible parties.
The Work Order Clerk receives written and verbal requests for services and ascertains all of the necessary information to determine whether the work is a landlord or Embassy responsibility.
Input the request into WOW system and coordinate the implementation of the work with GSO housing coordinator for landlord responsibilities, or the Facilities section for Embassy responsibilities.
Act as the primary liaison between the requester and responsible parties for all work order requests. Track the status of the work orders and provide support and regular updates to the requester.
Completion of secondary school. Completion of vocational or technical school recognized as producing a fully qualified technician in one of the building trades is preferable.
Minimum of two years experience with a service industry or office environment that provides a product or service to customers.
Level 3 English is required. Level 4 Swedish is required.
Basic knowledge of computers and software.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle a large workload and multipul tasks. Must be organized, methodical and decisive.
