Management Trainee - About the role
The aim of the position is to coach and develop future leaders for this site. The role of the Management Trainee is to provide support to the management team as well as undergo a comprehensive training program designed to develop their leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills through hands on experiences. The scope of the role is to be rotational, moving across different departments, according to the business needs.
Responsibilities
Work closely with mentors and managers to gain insights into various departments, including production, quality, finance, engineering, manufacturing services and more
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects and assignments aimed improving processes and achieving business goals.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job experiences to learn about different aspects of our organization
Analyze data and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity and quality.
Develop a strong understanding of the industry, market trends and competitive landscape
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility by taking on new challenges and roles as required during the training program.
The requirements
Degree in business or management or a related field that the employer finds adequate
1-5 years experience in similar position
English verbal and written skills
MS office
Effective communication
Knowledge in SAP is a merit*
