Global Communications is a management function within Water Solutions and is responsible for the dissemination of critical messages with the company's internal and external constituents. The function aims to deliver superior market communications to effectively position the capabilities of Xylem with customers, as well as to use disciplined communications to engage and align the company's workforce. To this end, the team is responsible for strategic and operational leadership of Xylem communication activity, including maximizing the use of existing channels and evaluating emerging tools to reach critical audiences.
The Web Administrator is responsible for the implementation of Water Solutions' Web strategies - including the use of Intranet, Extranet and Internet platforms. This position is responsible for delivering essential knowledge and support for Web tools, including Microsoft SharePoint, to the Global Communications department to ensure the successful execution of the company' s communications goals in these Web environments.
