Job Description
How does building a new business for Vattenfall sound? Are you an experienced web editor and an expert in creating state of the art content? Are you a digital native with a data driven agenda who always put the customer first? If yes, the Vattenfall DES Nordic team- responsible for Vattenfall's solar, battery and heat pump business - can offer an interesting opportunity to work with products and solutions that make a difference!
The DES Nordics team is responsible for the Vattenfall's decental energy solutions, meaning the solar and battery business (B2C and B2B) in Sweden and the solar, battery and heat pump business in Finland.

About the position
As a web editor and content creator within C&S Nordics we need you to support the solar, battery and heat pump business together with the DES team. Your main focus will be to support the daily operational work as:
Web editor: You will be responsible for producing and improving the content on the Swedish and Finnish B2C and B2B webpages for our solar cell and heat pump businesses. You will make sure the content is up to date, SEO optimized and presented in a user friendly way. You will propose, conduct and analyze A/B-tests and support in web analysis.
CRM expert: You will write, design and send out newsletters, information and offers to current and future customers. You will support marketing automation initiatives and help setting up customer dialogues and marketing campaigns.
Communicator: You will help us with copywriting and design, creating and updating assets such as sales folders, order forms, emails, surveys and content marketing articles.
Digital marketing support: You will be available for producing digital ads.

Qualifications

Requirements
Fluent in Finnish ,Swedish, English - verbally and in writing
Academic degree within preferably digital communication or marketing and/or minimum 3 years relevant working experience from a company with digital focus
Experience and proven track record as a web editor and in copywriting and design
Good understanding of and hands on experience in SEO optimization
Experience in A/B-testing
Interest and knowledge in the opportunities in the rapidly emerging digital area
Experience from working with:
CMS and CRM systems (we use Episerver and Microsoft Dynamics)
The Adobe creative suite
Web analysis tools (Google Analytics, Matomo or similar)

Meritious
Work in large, complex organization (within a technical field)
Experience from both B2C and B2B operations
Knowledge and interest in working with video, animations and/or webinars
Basic understanding of UX design
Marketing automation experience
Experience working with web improvement tools such as GetFeedback (former Usabilla) and Siteimprove
