hela Sverige The position:As an IT technician at Apptus, you work to support, manage and operate our product Apptus eSales and our customers' requests. You are responsible for handling incoming cases and problems in varied areas regarding the product, system administration and internal support. Internal support for Apptus all departments are included in the service, which means that you get a variety of tasks which also include internal service and communication with your colleagues. You receive the tickets via the service desk and have the responsibility to resolve or forward them within the organization.
You will be part of our emergency support team, which is responsible for supporting our clients outside office hours with various technical issues regarding our product.
The tickets come in via mail and phone and should be handled both during office hours and outside office hours according to a specific schedule. The position is based at HQ in Lund but when you are scheduled for emergency support this can be managed on any location in Sweden where remote desktop access is available.
The operations- and support department is responsible for maintaining our SLA agreements and work as a team for quick problem solving in an organized manor.
Qualifications: You have worked with and/or master the following systems:
Linux on Comptia Linux + level
Windows on MCP level, Ability to manage AD, Exchange, File server
Basic programming/ability to write script
Basic knowledge of company networks and infrastructure
Other: ?The employment is a full time position for an indefinite period with a six month probation period.
The position holds regular office hours when not scheduled for emergency support.
Location: Lund
