We are looking for eight talented young professionals with a personal drive to excel in a challenging and exciting environment.
You will be offered a position within HeidelbergCement Northern Europe with locations either in Norway or Sweden. You will enter into a job position and follow a programme of 6-12 months’ introduction to the company – A tailored Young Professionals Programme.
Requirements
We are looking for dedicated and goal-oriented Young Professionals, newly graduated or with a couple of year’s experience. We would like you to have a Master of Sc. in Engineering preferable within Process-, Chemistry- or Industrial economy. Some positions are within Finance and General Management requiring other suitable educational background.
You need to be fluent in a Scandinavian language and in English, additional linguistic skills may be advantageous. Cross-cultural understanding and social competence is important within the organisation. Analytic approach both in practical and theoretical tasks is also important.
