Are you an experienced problem solver, with excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills? Are you a team player and do you learn quickly?
Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Work Description:
• Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
• Plans daily routines of incoming and outgoing goods for warehouse
• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
• Contacts with logistics partners to follow up all steps of operations
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Updates all contact information in all databases of company
• Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
• Arranges travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office
• Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
• Manages social media accounts and web page of the company
• Operates all steps of document flow with retail chains
• Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Basic math skills
• Great computer literacy (not only Office programs but also ability to use company's own systems)
• Administrative skills
• Attention to details
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
