About the position
Perido is looking for IT Support Technician for our client. This large and well-established company is one of the world's leading suppliers of chemical specialty products to the construction industry. The climate is characterized by ambition and inspiration, and trusting and respectful working relationships are fostered. The company is present in over 100 countries worldwide and currently has around a hundred employees working in the office's various departments in Sweden. The office is located in Spånga. Trips to other offices in the Nordic countries will occur 3-4 times a month. Once you feel confident in your work tasks, it's possible to work remotely two days a week.
Your daily tasks
The position revolves around being a reliable IT support to the company's employees through the Helpdesk, that you staff together with your colleagues. There are also other tasks related to your work. In summary, these will include:
Provide comprehensive support to office-based and remote users
IT Vulnerability Security Reports
IT partner for on-premises management
IT budget in collaboration with the Controller
Local user account management
Purchase and replacement of IT equipment (clients/mobiles)
Local application support
Specialist support
IT agreements
Local IT security documentation
Ensuring the availability of systems and data and security

Qualifications:
2-5 years of work experience in IT administration
Experience of working in an international environment
Great understanding of working in complex IT environments
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months through Perido, then with the ambition to be employed directly by the company. Prel. Starting date in mid-March.
