Background
We want to find a person who wants to plan, organise and execute projects according to the companys decision model and applicable delivery methodology. We are looking for an IT Project Manager who wants to work with:
* Managing time, cost, scope and quality
* Resource planning, estimate costs, set and control budget.
* Lead and secure a competent and high performing project team
* Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organisation.
The main goal that you as a Project Manager are going to work towards is lead and manage people within the project team to deliver results through our values - business and people together.
Task description
Your task is to deliver an Operation Follow-up and Reporting tool covering Supply Chain and Sales data and replace existing scattered solution landscape that are being used today. The project will include a project manager and business analyst who will work closely together with an IT supplier.
We believe that you...
• have the ability to build trustful relationships and co-operate with people in different units and cultures. You have a passion to lead and develop business through people. You have the ability to prioritise, take decisions and delegate. Furthermore, you are good at providing tools, structure and knowledge necessary to the project.
To be a successful IT project manager for this project, we believe that you have at least 3 years' working experience, demonstrating strong leadership capabilites and successful track record in managing business change. You also have:
* relevant methodology certification within Mroject Management (PMP, Prince 2, etc)
* high commitment to business goals by delivering results and make things happen.
* a good understanding of Information Technology and relevant production models.
We believe that you have excellent communication and analytical skills. You are responsive, convincing and an ambitious team player.
