Job Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse specialist who will be the Logistic expert and support function within Planning & Logistics (P&L). In this role you will be a key player for both Sunne and Skoghall Warehouse-teams. You will be the Business expert within Warehouse and the "go-to-guy" for questions and issues. As Business Expert (BeX) you will support implementation of global processes and make sure they are followed.
You will report to the Planning & Logistics Manager. This is a permanent position with responsibilities in Sunne and Skoghall Tetra Pak factories. Since some of our material is stored at external Warehouse partners some travelling within Karlstad area is needed.
What you will do
As Warehouse specialist you will:
Be responsible for the "Stock take guideline".
Inventory management for Base material, Semi material and Finished goods
Host and execute the external audit of inventory
Scrapping of material. Waste handling- and Write-off process
Book closing, monthly and yearly
Goods receipts vs. invoices
Business expert for Warehouse related topics such as but not limited to:
Handle SAP information and issues
Implement and educate in new processes
Claims procedure from WH to suppliers
Data analysis, improvements and project management
Member of suitable WCM pillar
Deployment and analysis of WH data and KPIs
Improvement activities for Warehouse
Project management for activities within Warehouse
We believe you have
At least 3 years' experience in:
Warehouse management
Inventory management
Supply chain management
Deep SAP knowledge within Warehouse transactions
Good knowledge in Basic Microsoft Office tools. An advantage if you have knowledge within advanced Microsoft Office tools.
Working experience as a BeX within Warehouse operations
An advantage if you have experience from Tetra Pak
Good knowledge in both Swedish and English
You need to be self-going and good at prioritizing between the activities to reach you own deadlines. You will be given a great trust in planning your days and activities by yourself and that the tasks you are responsible for will be done accordingly. You need to be a team player and a problem solver that takes on the tasks and challenges and works to solve them. Since you are the one to go to, you need to be open minded and helpful.
