Responsibilities
• Responsible for daily warehouse operation
• Responsible for daily Customs Clearance and logistic transportation solutions
• Verify the count of the incoming material with purchase order and delivery note, manage the documents timely
• Store the material in the designated storage location per the warehouse procedure
• Warehouse management to keep clean and tidy, to avoid the damage of the material
• Take the regular stock taking per the financial and warehouse procedure, accomplish the stock taking report and analysis the rote cause of the balance
• Other tasks designated by supervisor
Requirements
• Good project management and strong personal leadership skills
• 3+ years of cumulated experience in the Warehouse Implementation of continuous Improvement Operations/Project and Team Management experience
• Motivated self-starter, with a keen interest in developing and implementing best practices and innovative solutions
• Mature and composed person adept at managing change and handling resistance effectively associated to the implementation
• Ability to work in a multi-culture environment
• Fluent in oral and written English and Swedish, Mandarin is a plus
• Application in English is appreaciated
