hela Sverige Our client is searching for a Warehouse Coordinators.
In this role, you'll be working in a small team with a variety of tasks within the warehouse and with order administration.
Daily tasks in the warehouse include:
• Goods receptions in SAP, count and validate that you have received the correct article in the correct quantity.
• Pick orders based on the specified picking list.
• Order handling
• Movement of goods within the site
• Operational servide to the site.

Order administration:
• Receive purchase orders, and print sales orders
• Answer questions about the stock balance
• Basic claim handling
In addition to the above, you will also help in the improvement work. As this is in the start-up phase, Tetra Pak needs to develop within systems, and streamline the processes and flows.
To be successful in this role, you need to be interested in improvement work, in parallel with the operational work.
You should be service minded and flexible.

Preferred skills:
• Previous experience from Tetra Pak is considered a merit
Languages:
• Fluent in Swedish
Start: ASAP
Equipment: BYOD (bring your own device) Phone will be provided.
Onboarding info: A drug test is mandatory before starting the assignment
Remote work: No, the consultant is expected to work on-site in Lund.
