Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a new team member who breathes service and sees the everyday work as a lifestyle rather than a job. A driven person with outstanding communication skills and at least a couple of years of experience in the restaurant environment. Willing to deliver a professional, attentive and impeccable service to our guests and make sure their experience at The Strand is unique and exceptional. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is necessary to be able to please our guests in the best possible way.
Key responsibilities:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will ensure that the guest satisfaction is met from when walking in, until walking out of the restaurant. We will expect that you adapt easy, and a fast learner - so you're able to describe menu items to guests as appropriate. The position indicates responsibilities such as serving and selling food & beverage, combined with other waiter tasks. Being able to contain the high class service that The Strand today provides is important for us; therefore we assume that you share the same "Yes I Can!" attitude as others working here!
