Support Aftermarket Technology to become even more efficient and flow oriented! We are looking for a VPS facilitator supporting the organization in Gothenburg to take next step towards becoming lean and flow-oriented.
Who are we?
Within Aftermarket Technology we work with support and tools towards our dealers and customers. We secure that the products developed within product development are maintainable and that we provide correct aftermarket support. Aftermarket is a vital part of the organization where we face the daily situations of our customers. To support the customers Aftermarket Technology develops methods and tools as well as secure good spare parts solutions and information to increase the customer satisfaction.
To be able to perform in a good way we are continually working with developing the way of working within the organization. One of the most important things is the way we focus on our cultural behavior and lean thinking. As our VPS facilitator within the organization in Gothenburg - you will play an essential part in our journey. You will work close together with the global VPS coordinator as well as the group and site managers in Gothenburg. Even though your assignment will focus on the organization in Gothenburg, you will have frequent interaction with our other sites in Lyon, Curitiba, Greensboro and Bangalore.

Who are you?
To fit the profile of this position you should be a person that likes to set goals, interact with people and be autonomous and self-driven. You will find a work environment where with openness and teamwork is needed. You will find yourself interacting with various different people and teams on different levels where one day will differ from another.
The main responsibilities are to facilitate and coach the teams within our organization based in Gothenburg. You will work closely with the AMT site management team and escalate issues and report progress to the Quality manager. You will act together with the global VPS coordinator to coach and facilitate managers in their daily usage of the VPS tools and also the management team in the way of working with focus on flow and efficiency with the usage of VPS tools. The role also includes to lead and support improvement events (Kaizen, 5S etc.)
Qualifications
• University degree
• Experience of using the Lean/VPS tools and methods like 5S, standardized work, maintenance systems, cost-deployment, VSM, problem solving, work-place organization
• Excellent networking skills
• Listening and developing others in order to support change management
• Understanding of VPS as a mind-set
• Experience of coaching and facilitating individuals and teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
