Who you are
This new and interesting manager position combines the role as a leader of our central on-line communications team, with the strategic task to drive and actively participate in the development and realization of the digital transformation - through focus on the on-line presence.
The position includes a close cooperation with the colleagues within all dimensions of the Communications, the On-line Sales and the IT organizations - with the overall objective to support our business by a continuous improvement of our online presence including our: public websites, social media, on-line channels and inbound marketing to create value to our customers and to simplify their decision and buying process.
About the job
Inspire and actively lead the on-line presence to become a differentiating factor for the customers.
Lead the central dedicated on-line communications team (4 empl.). Drive the development of the individuals as well as strengthen the cooperation between the central on-line team and the other professionals within the Communications, the On-line Sales and the IT organizations.
Drive online conversion and increased interactions with our customers. Achieve the online business objectives and KPIs.
Contribute in developing communications by taking an active part in Communication's management team. You will work in close cooperation with all dimensions with special focus on the three Divisions and the Global Sales & Service organization.
Build and maintain strong networks and work across the internal borders in order to strengthen Alfa Laval's "One Communications Team" and continuously strengthen the Alfa Laval brand throughout the organization.
The VP, Online Communication Manager, reports to SVP, head of Communications, Peter Torstensson.
Who are you?
You have vast experience from similar digital transformation processes and inbound marketing and have learned what to avoid and where to focus. This experience is most probably from a customer centric company, either B2B or B2C.
You are a driven marketer and communicator, with genuine interest in the customers and to make their decisions and buying process as convenient as possible.
You have a proven ability to transform strategy into tangible actions and on-line results - with courage to make things happen with speed.
You are analytical and have an ability to create relevant recommendations.
You have good communication skills, including a natural ability for influencing and building strong networks.
You are a self-driven, outgoing and natural team player, with outstanding leadership references.
