Our Engineering department is creating a strong foundation of skills for new technologies and innovations.

We are now looking for Visualization Artist in the Creative Design department.
Description
The Visualization Artist creates computer generated images/animations/real time graphics in order to support the creative design department within the engineering and product development organization. The Visualization team primarily collaborates internally with all members of Creative Design Department. Secondarily they will on occasion help the different departments in the TDC and Sales and Marketing Department if it does not interfere with Creative Design Department.
The role as a Visualization Artist involves:
- Delivering high quality photorealistic renderings and animations.
- Processes 3D CAD data in to 3D Polygon data with appropriate tessellation for end use.
- Create digital materials matching physical material samples.
- Create computer generated images and/or animations and/or realtime graphics to support decision making.
- Define, maintain and continuously improve visualization processes, guidelines and methodologies within responsible areas.
- Understand the general printing pipeline to retain image color and quality when printing.
- 3-D modeling with polygons.
We are looking for someone who has:
- University education or equivalent experience, BSc. In a relevant field relating to 3D image creation.
- Relevant experience in the work area, 3-5 years.
- Good understanding and talent for the 3-D shape, material, color and music.
- Ability to understand the design ideas and translate into rendering and/or comparable animations.
- Good Knowledge in some or all of the following softwares in our pipeline is a must: VRED, Maya, Photoshop, Unreal Engine. Knowledge in other equivalent softwares will be considered as experience in the field.
- Automotive experience is considered a plus.
- Experience with Photography is considered a plus
- Have a portfolio of earlier work samples that supports any creative or technical claims in CV
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Driver license for vehicle
